Terms & Cancellation policy
MINIMUM AGE
The minimum age to hire the services of YACHT CHARTER EXPERIENCES, S.L. is 18 years old.
REFUND & CANCELLATION OF SERVICE
In order to guarantee a booking the client needs to realize a down payment of 50% (fifty percent). The remaining amount needs to be settled prior to departure. The sum of these amounts is known as the ´charter price´. In the unlikely event of having to cancel the chartered boat, the following refunds of the charter price will be applied:
FULL REFUND: All bookings canceled at least 30 days prior to departure
75% REFUND: All bookings canceled between 30 and 14 days prior to departure
50% REFUND: All bookings canceled between 14 days and 7 days prior to departure
25% REFUND: All bookings canceled between 7 days and 24 hours before departure time
NO REFUND: All bookings canceled within 24 hours to departure time
NOTE: In case that the meteorological conditions don´t allow the charter to take place on the reserved date, the client will receive a full refund. This will be applied by wind gusts of 25 knots and above and/or rain at the time of departure. The captain also has the right to cancel the scheduled charter in case that safety cannot be assured.
TERMS OF SERVICE
The maximum duration of the contracted service is 8 hours. The departure time will be stipulated between 10 am and 1 pm and the maximum arrival time 8 am after the departure time. If the client arrives after the stipulated departure time, no hours will be added to the time initially defined.
SECURITY
The website uses information security techniques generally accepted in the industry, such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptographic mechanisms (SSL), all with the aim of preventing unauthorized access to data. In order to achieve these purposes, the user/client accepts that the provider obtains data for the purpose of the corresponding authentication of access controls.

Our main activity for the last years has been the sales of all new models that came on the market. It´s nice to have a range of boats between the 16 feet VanQraft until the brand new Vanquish VQ54 with surface drives and a top speed of 50+ knots. Besides our sales office, we also manage the entire fleet of Vanquish boats, of which most of them are offered for charter.
This business model has proven to be very successful, as for many people on the island a Vanquish seems like a perfect day boat to explore the crystal clear waters of both Ibiza and Formentera. With a fully qualified and highly knowledgeable skipper at the wheel and wide open decks to relax, drink, socialise, soak up the sun, admire the views and explore the local hotspots, this is the real deal.
In addition, you have a wealth of facilities on board including a shower, toilet, fridge, outdoor kitchen and sound system. There is even a stand up paddle board and snorkelling gear if you want to plunge into the water.
Prices include captain, soft drinks, towels, home berth and insurance, and exclude VAT, fuel (based on consumption) and harbour dues away from the home berth. A down payment of 50% is due after confirmation with the remaining amount to be paid prior to departure.
